The case study outlines the project's objectives, design considerations, product selection process, installation methodology, and the overall impact of the renovation on the Analysys Mason washroom environment

Introduction:

This commercial washroom installation project at Analysys Mason aimed to revitalise their existing washroom facility, improving hygiene standards, and enhancing user experience. The utilisation of polyflor safety flooring, floor-to-ceiling WC cubicles, and Ideal Standard sanitary-ware played a vital role in achieving these objectives.

Objectives and design considerations:

The project's primary objectives were to create a modern and professional office washroom environment that aligned with Analysys Mason's corporate image. Key design considerations included maximising space utilisation, ensuring privacy for users, complying with building regulations, and incorporating elements of sustainability.

Product selection:

Polyflor Safety Flooring was chosen for its exceptional slip resistance, durability and ease of maintenance. The flooring not only enhanced safety in high-traffic areas but also provided an attractive aesthetic appeal. The selection process included considering colour options that complemented Analysys Mason's branding.

Floor-to-ceiling toilet cubicles were selected to maximise privacy and create a comfortable user experience. The cubicles were chosen based on their compact grade construction, contemporary design and customisable features such as door handles, locks and panel colours. Attention was paid to ensuring the cubicles blended seamlessly with the overall design scheme.

Ideal Standard sanitary ware was selected for its reputation as a leading provider of high-quality, functional, and visually appealing bathroom fixtures. The range of basins, toilets, urinals and taps from Ideal Standard were chosen to achieve a cohesive and elegant washroom appearance.

Installation methodology:

The installation process involved meticulous planning and coordination among the project team. It included various stages such as site preparation, plumbing and electrical work, flooring installation, cubicle assembly and sanitary ware installation. Adherence to building codes, sustainability practices, and minimal disruption to Analysys Mason's staff were prioritised throughout the installation
