New washroom facility at the Thursford Collection
September 29th, 2014

Flush washrooms have been appointed to create a new washroom facility at the Thursford Collection Museum in Norfolk. The project includes design, planning and project management to create a modern washroom facility within a permanent marquee.

The design maximizes the available space within the marquee to accommodate the maximum number of persons using the facility at any one time. The project includes Twyfords commercial sanitary ware including rim-free WC suites. The WC cubicles and wall mounted vanity units are to be laminated in a wood grain laminate. Each vanity unit is to be fitted with LED feature lighting and includes the installation of wall mounted chrome infrared ‘touch free’ spout taps.

All the partitioning is to be installed to provide seamless joints and painted to match the cubicle colour selection. A contemporary safety flooring design is to be a selected to compliment the cubicle and the painted walls. The facility also will include a Disabled Washroom facility the creation of Storerooms within the complex.
